QTS Flexible 25A is a high-performance 405nm UV resin designed for functional elastic parts that require a perfect balance of softness and rebound. Featuring a Shore 25A hardness and 340% elongation at break, it mimics the properties of soft rubber. This resin is ideal for creating buttons, gaskets, cushioning pads, and wearable prototypes that need to withstand repeated compression and stretching without losing their shape.

QTS FLEXIBLE 25A — THE PERFECT BALANCE OF SOFT TOUCH AND ELASTIC REBOUND
QTS Flexible 25A is engineered for soft-matter applications that demand "snap-back" resilience. With a Shore 25A hardness, it provides a rubber-like texture that is soft to the touch yet structurally sound enough to return to its original shape after repeated compression. Whether you are designing functional interfaces, protective seals, or impact-absorbing components, Flex 25A offers the durability and elasticity needed for professional-grade results.

WHY CHOOSE QTS?
  • TAIWANESE ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE: Developed and manufactured in Taiwan, QTS Flexible 25A is built on advanced material science to ensure consistent quality and reliable performance for industrial and creative projects.
  • SUPERIOR ELASTIC REBOUND: Shore 25A hardness provides the ideal tactile feedback for buttons and flexible interfaces, ensuring they feel natural and responsive.
  • 15+ YEARS OF INDUSTRY TRUST: Trusted by engineers and designers worldwide, QTS provides the high-performance materials needed to bridge the gap between prototyping and production.

KEY ADVANTAGES
  • EXCELLENT REBOUND PERFORMANCE: Capable of withstanding repeated bending and compression while quickly returning to its original form.
  • HIGH TEAR RESISTANCE: 340% elongation at break ensures that parts remain durable under stress and do not easily tear during dynamic use.
  • RUBBER-LIKE TACTILE FEEL: The skin-friendly, soft surface is perfect for wearable devices and user-facing interfaces.
  • DESIGN FREEDOM: Print complex elastic structures, such as integrated buttons or internal lattice cushions, that are impossible to achieve with traditional rubber molding.
  • LOW VISCOSITY: Ensures high print success rates and makes the post-processing cleaning stage fast and efficient.
  • UNIVERSAL COMPATIBILITY: Fully tested and verified for Anycubic, Elegoo, Phrozen, Creality, and other professional 405nm 3D printers.

APPLICATIONS & USE CASES
  • FUNCTIONAL PROTOTYPES: Product buttons, non-slip feet, custom seals, and soft-grip handles for consumer electronics.
  • CUSHIONING & SHOCK ABSORPTION: Custom vibration dampeners, shock absorbers for drones, and protective bumpers for robotics.
  • WEARABLE TECHNOLOGY: Watch strap prototypes, protective gear inserts, and ergonomic pads that require a balance of support and flexibility.
  • MODELS & PROPS: RC car tires, flexible components for movie props, and realistic anatomical models for education.
  • INDUSTRIAL GASKETS: Custom-shaped soft gaskets for fluid management or dust protection in engineering assemblies.

HOW TO USE - BEST PRACTICES
  1. PREPARATION: Shake the resin thoroughly for 1-2 minutes before use. Store in a cool, dark place (15-35°C).
  2. PRINTING: For best results, use adequate support density and slower lift speeds to account for the material's elasticity during the peeling process.
  3. CLEANING: Clean parts immediately with 95% isopropyl alcohol (IPA).
  4. UV POST-CURING: MANDATORY. To achieve the best mechanical properties and a dry, non-tacky surface, UV cure in a 365-405nm box for 10-60 minutes.

PRINTER COMPATIBILITY
Tested and verified with:
  • Anycubic Photon Series
  • Elegoo Mars & Saturn Series
  • Phrozen Sonic Series
  • Miicraft DLP Printers
  • And most professional 405nm LCD/DLP/SLA printers.

WHY QTS FLEXIBLE 25A OUTPERFORMS COMPETITORS
  • VS. STANDARD FLEXIBLE RESINS: Many flexible resins are either too hard (Shore 80A) or too soft (Shore 8A). Flex 25A hits the "sweet spot" for rubber-like applications.
  • VS. TPU FILAMENTS: 3D printed resin parts have much better isotropic properties and surface finish compared to FDM-printed TPU, making them ideal for high-detail seals and buttons.
  • DURABILITY: Engineered with high-quality polymers to ensure that the elastic properties do not degrade quickly over time or after repeated use.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
Q: What is the difference between Flex 8A and Flex 25A?
A: Flex 8A is ultra-soft (like silicone), while Flex 25A is slightly firmer (like soft rubber), providing better rebound for buttons and structural gaskets.
Q: Can I paint this resin?
A: Yes, but you must use flexible paints or dyes. Standard rigid paints will crack when the part is bent or stretched.
Q: Is it waterproof?
A: Yes, once fully cured, Flex 25A is excellent for creating custom waterproof seals and gaskets.

CUSTOMER SUCCESS STORIES
  • PRODUCT DESIGNER: "We used Flex 25A for the buttons on our new handheld device. The tactile feedback is perfect—it feels exactly like the final production rubber."
  • DRONE PILOT: "I printed custom landing pads for my drone. They absorb the impact perfectly and haven't torn even after dozens of rough landings."
  • INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER: "For custom gaskets in our lab equipment, Flex 25A is our go-to. It seals perfectly and is much faster than ordering custom-cut rubber."

SAFETY & STORAGE
  • Always wear nitrile gloves and safety goggles.
  • Use in a well-ventilated area.
  • Store in a cool, dark place (15-35°C).
  • Keep away from children and do not ingest.
