HOW TO USE - BEST PRACTICES
  1. PREPARATION: Shake the resin gently for 1-2 minutes before use. Store in a cool, dark place (15-35°C).
  2. PRINTING: Due to its low viscosity, it prints very similarly to standard resins. Ensure adequate support for flexible geometries.
  3. CLEANING: Clean parts immediately with 95% isopropyl alcohol (IPA). To maximize transparency, avoid over-soaking and use a clean IPA bath for the final rinse.
  4. UV POST-CURING: MANDATORY. To achieve the best mechanical properties and a dry, non-tacky surface, UV cure in a 365-405nm box for 10-60 minutes.
  5. MAXIMIZING CLARITY: For a glass-like finish, apply a thin coat of clear UV-resistant spray or polish the surface after post-curing.

Q: Is it as soft as the Flex 8A?
A: No, Flex 46A is firmer (Shore 46A), similar to a soft rubber grip. Flex 8A is ultra-soft like silicone.
