QTS PLA-Flavor Green Tea — The Essence of Taiwan in Every Print
Experience the world's first tea-infused filament. QTS PLA-Flavor Green Tea is a masterpiece of sustainable engineering, crafted using recycled natural fibers from Taiwan's premium green tea production. This eco-friendly material offers a stunning matte finish with a natural, organic green hue that beautifully conceals layer lines, moving away from the artificial look of traditional plastics.
Why QTS Outperforms Competitors?
Unrivaled Material Science: Unlike generic "wood-fill" filaments, QTS uses high-density natural tea fibers that provide superior light scattering, making layer lines virtually invisible.
Bambu Lab Partnership: As an official partner, our filaments are "Plug & Play" optimized for high-speed printing (up to 300mm/s) without sacrificing surface quality.
Taiwanese Heritage: We don't just manufacture; we innovate by repurposing local agricultural waste into world-class 3D printing assets.
Key Advantages
- ✔Sensory Printing: Releases a refreshing green tea aroma during printing (odorless after cooling).
- ✔Premium Matte Finish: Non-reflective surface that looks professional and high-end.
- ✔High-Speed Stability: Maintains excellent flow and adhesion even at 300mm/s.
- ✔Eco-Conscious: 100% biodegradable PLA base with natural plant fibers.

How to Use - Best Practices
For optimal results, we recommend a printing temperature of 210°C and a bed temperature of 55-60°C. While compatible with standard nozzles, a hardened steel nozzle is recommended for long-term use of fiber-filled materials. Ensure the filament is kept dry for the best surface finish.
Printer Compatibility
Fully compatible with all open-source FDM printers, including Bambu Lab (X1/P1/A1), Creality, Prusa, and Anycubic. Optimized for high-speed motion systems.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Does the final print smell like tea? A: The aroma is a sensory bonus during printing. Once cooled, the object is odorless.
Q: Is it safe for indoor use? A: Yes, it is RoHS and REACH compliant, made from natural materials.
